DIABETIC APPLESAUCE DATE NUT LOAF

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. diabetic sweetener
1 egg
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cup diabetic applesauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Cream the butter, egg, diabetic-approved sweetener and vanilla. Add applesauce and remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Bake in a buttered loaf pan at 350°F for 1 hour.
